What I offer here at Jab Fitness Training is the full boxer’s workout without the ring or sparring. It includes working the heavybag, the speedbag, the double-end bag and jump roping. Everything is based on a 3 minute boxer’s bell. Most of my members have never hit a bag before, so I am with each member, one on one instruction, and we go over the proper way to hit the bags. I’m usually with someone for a couple weeks until they are able to come in and do the workout on their own. But even after, I continue to work with every member on more advanced techniques. I also have an abdominal routine that I go over with every member and do it with them until they know it.

If you’ve ever checked out personal boxing instruction or personal training, you’d know how expensive it is...anywhere from $50.00 to $125.00 per session! I do all of this with each member for $35.00 per month on a one year commitment plus a one time enrollment fee of $125.00. Members can come in whenever they like, as often as they like.
